If you signed up using Apple ID and chose Hide My Email, Apple may provide SEEK with a random email address instead of your personal email address. That random email address becomes linked to your account. If your SEEK and SEEK Pass accounts are using different email addresses, they may not link correctly and a new account may be created instead.
What should I do?
- First, try signing in the same way you used when you created your account with Apple. If you used Apple sign-in, your account is linked to the email address Apple shared at sign-up.
- Check whether the email on your SEEK account matches the email linked to your SEEK Pass account. SEEK uses one primary sign-in email across SEEK products.
- If you need to update your sign-in email, do this on the SEEK website using desktop or mobile web. Sign in from the SEEK home page, click your initial at the top right, select Settings, click the pencil icon next to your email address, enter your new email address, then complete the 6-digit security code step. Once updated, the change will automatically sync across SEEK and SEEK Pass. Email changes cannot be made in SEEK Pass or via the mobile apps.
Still having trouble?
If you think multiple accounts may have been created because different hidden Apple email addresses were used, contact SEEK Pass Support and include:
- the email address you use to sign in to SEEK
- the email address you use to sign in to SEEK Pass
- a screenshot of any error message or linking issue you can see
This helps us confirm whether the issue is being caused by different email addresses across your accounts.
