Privacy Policy and Terms Acceptance
We ask you to acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. This step is essential for protecting your information and is a regulatory requirement.
What happens if I don’t consent?
If you choose not to accept our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions during registration, you won’t be able to proceed with your SEEK Pass account setup and your details will be deleted.
What if I no longer consent?
If you no longer accept our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, you can delete your account. To do so, go to your account settings and follow the account deletion instructions.
Marketing Preferences
We also offer an option to receive marketing emails and push notifications. This checkbox is optional – you can uncheck it if you prefer not to receive these updates and tips.
What happens if I don’t consent?
If you opt out of marketing emails, you’ll be unsubscribed from all marketing emails and push notifications and you will be able to continue with your SEEK Pass account as long as you have accepted our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Can I update my preferences?
At this time, you can turn marketing push notifications back on within the SEEK Pass app. However, marketing email notifications cannot be reactivated once turned off at this time.
