If you are having trouble verifying your AWS Certificate with SEEK Pass, these are the most common things to check first.
My Credly link is not being accepted
Check that you are using a public Credly badge link in the correct format: https://www.credly.com/badges/<id>/public_url.
I cannot start the AWS certificate flow
You may need to complete your Digital Identity first. Users who have not submitted their Digital Identity for verification, cannot submit an IT certificate for verification.
My certificate is still pending
If your Digital Identity is still in progress, SEEK Pass may wait for that result before awarding your certificate.
My certificate was not awarded
If the name on your AWS certificate does not exactly match the name on your Digital Identity, the credential should not be awarded. Check the article: What should I do if my name is different on my identity document and IT certification?
If your certificate has expired, it may be rejected during verification where expiry applies.
I still need help
If you still cannot complete verification, contact SEEK Pass Support.
