If the name on your AWS Certification or Credly badge does not match the name on your Digital Identity verification, your certification will not be verified.
You may need to update your details with AWS or Credly before trying again.
Update your name with AWS
AWS advises that the name in your AWS Certification Account should match your valid government-issued ID.
You may be able to update your name by signing in to your AWS Certification Account and checking your account profile details.
If you cannot update your name yourself, you may need to contact AWS Training and Certification Support. When submitting a request, choose Account Assistance as the inquiry type and Name Change as the additional detail.
Check your Credly badge
AWS Certification digital badges are issued through Credly.
After your AWS details are corrected, your Credly badge may need to be updated or reissued before you try verifying it again in SEEK Pass.
You can also sign in to Credly to check that your profile details and email address are correct.
If your badge was issued to a different email address, Credly allows you to add and verify additional email addresses in your account.
