If your submission has been rejected due to your document image being ‘corrupted’, it may be due to a compatibility issue. Converting the image to JPEG format can help resolve this.
For Mac Users (macOS Preview)
- Open the image in Preview.
- Click File → Export.
- In the format dropdown, select JPEG.
- Save the exported file to your device.
- Re-enter your credential submission and replace the old document image with the new JPEG.
For Windows Users (Windows Photos App)
- Open the image in the Photos app.
- Click the Save as option.
- Choose JPEG as the file format.
- Save the new file.
- Re-enter your credential submission and replace the old document image with the new JPEG.
