Who will be able to view my reference?

When you provide a reference through SEEK Pass, it's important to know how your information is used and who can view it. Here’s what you should be aware of:

• Employer access: Employers who receive your reference will have access to your name and the ratings and comments you provide. However, your email address will not be shared.
• Candidate access: Candidates may see limited information from the reference you provide. They will be able to see any public endorsement you choose to provide and, in certain circumstances, the ratings you give. Your other written comments will not be shared.
• Future re-use: Your reference will be stored on SEEK Pass, allowing for potential re-use in the candidate’s future job applications. If you do not want the candidate to re-use the reference, please contact us.
