This is a service provided by SEEK Pass that enables job seekers to verify their COVID-19 vaccination status and share this verified result with their employer or other nominated partners, such as SEEK.
A verified result will include the following information:
- Your name
- Vaccination status (partially or fully vaccinated)
- Date verified by SEEK Pass
What do I need to provide?
To verify your COVID-19 vaccination status, you must provide the original PDF of your Australian-issued:
- Australian COVID-19 Digital Certificate or
- Australian International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or
- Australian Medicare Immunisation History Statement (with a COVID-19 vaccination listed).
Make sure to submit your document in the correct category to avoid verification issues.
If you choose to provide your Immunisation History Statement for verification, please upload the latest version of your document so all your COVID-19 vaccinations are listed.
- Sign in to your MyGov account
- Go to your My Health Record

Go to the COVID-19 Dashboard

Tap on View COVID-19 and flu statement
Click either the Download or Save as option to save your document. (Avoid using the Print option because this will cause issues with our verification.)
- For iOS devices: Download the certificate to your phone and save it to Files/Drive. Ensure to click the Save to Files button.
- For Android devices: Tap the Save button when saving the document to your device.
