This is a service provided by SEEK Pass that enables job seekers to verify they hold a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) certificate that has been issued in the past 12 months and to share this verified result with SEEK, Australia's #1 job site. In doing so, SEEK Pass helps you to stand out to employers during the shortlisting process while, at the same time, enabling employers to see which job seekers best suit their requirements for a role.
A verified result will include the following information:
- Your name
- Police check type (employment or volunteer)
- Police check date of issue
- Date verified by SEEK Pass
Please note that your check result (disclosable court outcomes or no disclosable court outcomes) will not be recorded nor shared.
What do I need to provide?
To verify your Recent Police Check credential, you will need to provide a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check certificate that has been issued in the past 12 months.
Please note that we do not accept:
- NCCHC issued by the Australian Federal Police (AFP)
- NCCHC issued over 12 months ago
- Non-Australian police checks
Rest assured that SEEK Pass is purpose-built with security as our top priority. SEEK Pass will never share your results or underlying information without your consent, and your sensitive information remains private and securely encrypted. You are always in control of who your result is shared with, and you can manage this through your SEEK Pass account settings.
