Verifying upfront means that SEEK Pass can vouch for the claims you make on SEEK, for example, that you have a valid driver's licence, or the right to work in Australia. This can give employers extra confidence in shortlisting you over other candidates.

When you verify, you remain in control of what information is shared and when it is shared.  

In some instances, you may be prompted to verify during the application process as part of our commitment to maintaining a trusted platform for both job seekers and employers. If verification is required, we’ll let you know at the time.  

Once you have verified and shared with SEEK, your verified credential result will appear on any subsequent job application provided that:

• Your SEEK Pass verified result matches your stated answer to the employer role requirement question on the job ad.
• Your SEEK Pass verified result matches the employer's criteria.
