How do I sign in?

Signing in to SEEK Pass is simple and secure. We use passwordless authentication, which means you don’t need to remember a password. Instead, we’ll email you a one-time code each time you sign in.  

How it works

1. Enter your email address (the same one you use for SEEK)
2. Click ‘Email me a sign-in code’
3. Check your email for a unique code
4. Enter the code to sign in

That’s it – no password needed.

SEEK Pass now supports a single sign-on experience, meaning you can use your SEEK email address to sign in to SEEK Pass. Simply enter your SEEK email address and click ‘Email me a sign in code’. A unique one-time code will be sent to your email. Enter this code to securely sign in - no password required!  

If you don’t receive your code

• Check your spam or junk folder – the email may have been filtered
• Wait a minute or two – there can sometimes be a short delay. Ensure you've given it a little time before requesting another (to avoid a loop)
• Avoid multiple requests and use the most recent code. Requesting a new code invalidates the previous one, so always use the code from the latest email
• Double-check your email address. We all make mistakes – make sure you have entered it correctly

This is why we've adopted passwordless authentication, to increase account security by removing the need for a password, reducing the risk of a password being hacked and therefore lessening the risk that your personal information could be compromised.
