If the name on your Google Cloud Certification or Credly badge does not match the name on your Digital Identity verification, your certification will not be verified.
You may need to update your details with Google Cloud or Credly before trying again.
Update your name with Google Cloud
Google Cloud requires the legal name in your certification account to match the name on your valid government-issued ID.
Sign in to the Google Cloud Certification Candidate Portal and check the personal information in your profile.
If you cannot update your legal name yourself, contact Google Cloud Certification Support and request that your details be corrected. Google Cloud advises that legal-name changes may require assistance from its support team.
Check your Credly badge
Google Cloud digital credentials are issued and managed through Credly.
After your Google Cloud details are corrected, your Credly badge may need to be updated or reissued before you try verifying it again with SEEK Pass.
Sign in to Credly and check that:
- The name on your badge is correct
- Your profile details are correct.
