What are Reference Checks?

Reference Checks are a crucial part of the hiring process, providing insights into a candidate's previous work experience, skills, and character. SEEK Pass enables this process digitally, making it more efficient for employers, candidates, and referees.

How it works

1. Receive an invitation: You'll get an email from a potential employer requesting a Reference Check.
2. Nominate referees: Follow the link in the email to provide details for two employment referees.
3. Referees are contacted: Your referees will automatically receive email requests to complete their references.
4. Track reference status: Monitor the progress of your Reference Check in your SEEK Pass account.
5. Employer receives feedback: Completed reference information is sent directly to the employer.
