What is Digital Identity verification?

Digital Identity verification is a service provided by SEEK Pass that enables job seekers to verify their identity through an easy online process and share this verified result on SEEK.  

In certain circumstances, SEEK may ask you to verify your work rights with SEEK Pass before continuing with your application. If you are not able to verify your Right to Work credential for a particular market, you may be asked to verify your Digita ID as evidence you are a genuine candidate engaging with our platform. You will need to undertake this step in order to proceed with your application.

In doing so, SEEK Pass makes it easy for you as a job seeker to stand out to potential employers early in the recruitment process, while at the same time enabling employers to see which job seekers best suit their requirements for a role. 

To verify your Digital Identity, all you need to do is provide the details of one of the documents below as well as a live selfie.

• Valid Passport
• Australian Driver's Licence
• Hong Kong Identity Card
• Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card
• Indonesian Identity Card (WNI)
• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad, MyPR, MyKAS, MyTentera)
• New Zealand Driver's Licence
• Philippine Identification Card (PhilID or ePhilID)
• Thai Digital ID (ThaID)
