Using our highly secure platform, candidates can verify their work credentials and then share their verified information on Jobsdb (and other selected partners) for free. Once shared, employers are able to view the verified information, providing greater confidence and efficiency early in the hiring process.
Traditionally, you might have been required to provide work-related documentation at the interview stage of your job application. However, verifying upfront instead of at the interview stage can help to differentiate you from other candidates.
That being said, verifying is a completely optional process. We leave the decision of whether to verify and share your result with you, and you remain in control over the whole process.
If you choose not to verify and share your work-related credentials for any reason, your job application itself is still fully visible to the employer as normal. The employer will still see the details of your application, the answers to the role requirement questions, and your resume and cover letter as provided.
