How does the AI voice assistant work?

Our AI voice assistant makes providing your reference quick and easy — no typing required. The voice assistant is designed to create a natural conversation while efficiently gathering your insights about the candidate.

Please note that the voice assistant is currently only available in English.

How it works 

1. Accept the reference check nomination and follow the instructions on-screen. When prompted to use the AI voice assistant, select Next (see screenshot below).
2. When prompted by the assistant, speak naturally to answer each question.
3. After completing all the questions, you’ll see an automatic summary of your responses.
4. Before submitting, review each response carefully and edit your answers if required.

Additional options

• Need a break? You can pause the process and return later by following the link in your nomination email.
• Prefer to type? Select Switch to typing at any time if you’d rather type your responses. Please note that once you switch to typing, you cannot return to using the voice assistant.
• Having technical issues? On your device, check that you’ve granted permission for SEEK Pass to access your microphone.
