At SEEK Pass, we want to ensure you have full control over your account and your data, so we enable you to delete your account in a few easy steps.
How to delete your SEEK Pass account
- Log in to your SEEK Pass account.
- Click the arrow in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- In the Settings screen, locate the Delete account section towards the bottom.
- Click on the red 'Delete' link, select your reason for deletion and confirm by clicking 'Continue to account deletion'.
Once you have followed these steps, we will schedule your account to be deleted after a short grace period of 48 hours, and the date of deletion will be displayed to you. If you would like to reverse your decision to delete your account, you must do so by clicking the 'Cancel account deletion' link within 48 hours of initiating account deletion.
Please note: These instructions relate only to deleting your SEEK Pass account. If you have a Jobstreet account, this will remain active.
Why is there a wait for deletion?
If you wish to delete your SEEK Pass account, it is important you understand that account deletion is permanent and removes all your information, so it cannot be reversed once the deletion has been enacted. It is for this reason that we allow a short grace period to enable you to reverse the decision if desired.
