Completed references are sent directly to the employer as a PDF report. This report includes the information you provided about your referees, as well as the ratings and comments they have made.
This format allows employers to clearly view all your reference information. Below is an example of what the report might look like.

Who will be able to view my references?
At SEEK Pass, we value your privacy. It is for this reason that we ensure that your referee information is shared only with your consent.
When an employer requests a reference check, only that specific employer will see the details that you and your referees agree to provide.
When your references are completed, you can choose to share them to your Jobstreet Profile and attach them to future Jobstreet job applications. By doing so, employers will see either a summary of your results or the full report, depending on whether they've added Jobstreet's Reference Check feature to their job listing. This gives employers permission to access your reference information earlier in their shortlisting and selection process.
You’re always in control of your sharing preferences and can update them anytime in your SEEK Pass account. Simply select the Sharing tab in our app, or Sharing Permissions on our website.
Need to make changes? If you need to modify or correct information in your Reference Check, simply contact us.
If you wish to remove your data, you can delete your account at any time, giving you full control over your information.
