How are my personal documents protected and does SEEK Pass share these with SEEK and employers?

With your consent, SEEK Pass securely collects and verifies your documents to confirm your credentials, such as your Right to Work.

Your documents are encrypted and used only for verification. Once the process is complete, we remove your documents from the platform (unless you choose document storage) and only your verification status is retained in line with our Privacy Policy:

Importantly:

• Your verification documents are never shared with SEEK or employers.

• Only your verified status (for example, “Right to Work verified”) is shared to support your job applications and help employers make informed hiring decisions.
