What do I need to provide to verify?

To verify your Career History, you will need to create a SEEK Pass account and provide one of the following:

• Current work email address and the name of your workplace; OR
• Careers & Skills Passport data via Singpass Login (Singapore residents only); OR
• Access to Slack workspace profile via secure login 

Verification via Work email  

To verify your Career History via work email you will need to provide us with your current work email and the name of your workplace. A unique code will be sent to that email address, confirming that the email belongs to you and that you have access to it. 

If you don't have a work email, or don't have access to your work email, we w will not be able to complete your verification.
We do not contact your current employer as part of the verification process!

Currently, we are unable to accept personal email addresses from providers such as Gmail, Hotmail, Student emails or any other web-based services.

Verification via Singpass login 

If you are a Singapore citizen or permanent resident and you have a registered Singpass account, you can use your Singpass login to share your Career History data from your Careers & Skills Passport. Through our partnership and direct integration, we provide a seamless, secure login and consent process for data sharing. 

Verification via your Slack workspace 

You can verify your Career History by logging in to your organisation’s Slack workspace using your own credentials and allowing SEEK Pass to access your employment details from your Slack profile.  

Please note: Before you continue login into your account, make sure you’re allowed to use your workplace Slack account for this type of verification. Your organisation’s internal policies may apply.

Your information is retrieved in real time, so it’s accurate and up to date, and you’ll have the opportunity to review it before anything is shared. SEEK Pass only accesses your personal employment information visible on your Slack profile and never sees your password, messages, or any other sensitive company data. Once your employment is confirmed, your verified Career History credential is added to your SEEK Pass account.
