If you are having trouble receiving the verification code to your work email, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
- Check you have correctly entered your work email address.
- Check if the access code has been sent to your spam/junk folder.
- Check that your work email account is not preventing the SEEK Pass email from coming through.
- If it does, add SEEK Pass as a safe sender in the ‘Safe senders and domains’ section.
- Wait 15 minutes for the new settings to be applied, then click Resend code and check your work email inbox. If you're still experiencing issues receiving your email verification code, please contact us.
