- Performance under pressure: How the candidate handles stressful situations and deadlines.
- Receptiveness to feedback: The candidate's willingness to accept and act on constructive feedback.
- Job-related skills: An evaluation of the candidate's specific skills relevant to their role.
- Strengths: The candidate's most notable strengths in their role.
- Areas for improvement: Aspects where the candidate could grow or develop further.
- Reasons for leaving: If applicable, the circumstances under which the candidate left their role.
- Likelihood to rehire: Your opinion on whether you would employ the candidate again and why.
- Preferred management style: The type of management style that suits the candidate best.
- Additional comments: Optional section for any extra comments you may have.
- Public endorsement: Optional section to provide a public endorsement for the candidate's SEEK Profile.
This feedback will help provide a well-rounded view of the candidate’s capabilities and potential to prospective employers.
