How do I update my email and notification preferences?

You can update your email and push notification preferences in your 'Settings' at any point. The notification types that can be turned on or off are:

Email Notifications

• Marketing communications: Updates and tips on how to make the most of your verified credentials.

Push notifications (app only)

• Recommendations: Personalised suggestions for new credentials to verify, tailored to you based on your location and recent activity.
• Reminders: Notifications to complete credential submissions or share your verified credentials.
• Updates: Alerts when you need to update your credential submissions.

To update your preferences, simply navigate to your Settings page and use the toggles to turn each notification type on or off.

If you are using the SEEK Pass app, go to the Settings tab and select Notifications.
