How do I sign in?

At SEEK Pass, we prioritise both your security and user experience. To enhance these aspects, we've implemented passwordless authentication. Instead of relying on traditional passwords, you can sign in to your account securely by providing a one-time code that is sent to your email.

How does it work?

Upon signing up to SEEK Pass, and for every subsequent sign-in, you will not be prompted to provide a password. Instead, simply enter your email address. A a unique one-time code will be sent to your email. Enter this code to securely sign in - no password required! 

Common troubleshooting tips

If you don't receive the one-time code in your email inbox:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Wait a few moments - sometimes there may be a short delay before the code arrives. Ensure you've given it a little time before requesting another
• Avoid multiple requests. If you request a new code, the previous one will be invalidated. Make sure to use the most recent code sent to you
• Check you have entered the correct email address
