What should I do if my name is different on my identity document and Indonesian education qualification?

If the name on your Indonesian education qualification does not match the name on your Digital Identity verification, your education qualification may not be verified.

SEEK Pass checks your education details against the official Indonesian higher education database, PDDikti (Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi).

Check your education details on PDDikti

Before trying again, visit the PDDikti website to check that your details are correct, including:

• Your full name
• Your university or education institution
• Your Student Identification Number (NIM)

Update your education records

If your name is incorrect or has changed, you may need to contact your university or education institution to request a correction to your PDDikti records.

Once your details have been updated, you can try verifying your education qualification again in SEEK Pass.

Check your Digital Identity verification

If the name on your Digital Identity verification is incorrect, you may need to update your identity details before trying again.
