At SEEK Pass, we want to ensure you have full control over your account and your data, so we enable you to delete your account in a few easy steps.
How to delete your SEEK Pass account
- Sign in to your SEEK Pass account
- Click the arrow in the top-right corner and select Account
- In the Account screen, locate the Delete account section towards the bottom
- Click on the red 'Delete' link
- Select your reason for deletion and confirm by clicking 'Continue to account deletion'.
You have 48 hours to change your mind
Once you have followed these steps, we will schedule your account to be deleted after a short grace period of 48 hours, and the date of deletion will be displayed to you.
If you change your mind and would like to reverse your decision to delete your account, click 'Cancel account deletion' within 48 hours of initiating account deletion.
Important things to know
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after the 48-hour grace period
- All your SEEK Pass information will be removed permanently. It is for this reason that we allow a short grace period to enable you to reverse the decision if desired.
- Your SEEK account (if you have one) will remain active – this only deletes your SEEK Pass account.

You need to add to your instruction click on the General Help button and there is no Delete My Account button neither is there a Request to Delete My Account.
Please delete my account and confirm it has been actioned,
