Credential Expiry

Your SEEK Pass account includes an expiry management feature designed to help you monitor your credentials and keep them up to date.

This feature indicates whether any of your credentials have already expired or are approaching expiration:

• Expired credentials will display as 'Expired' on their respective tiles.
• Credentials set to expire within 28 days will be marked as 'Expiring Soon'.

To update these credentials, simply select 'Re-verify' on the relevant tile. You will be guided through the re-verification process and, once completed, your newly verified credentials will replace the previous ones.
